Return & Refund Policies

Returns
▪ We accept returns within 7 days from the date you received your item(s)
▪ To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in the original condition/packaging with its labels for returns
▪ For unfit sizes, just make sure the item is unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in the original condition/packaging with its labels for returns
▪ We will not be able to accept returns for items that are damaged, marked or altered
▪ We required receipt or cash sales slip as a proof of purchase.
Refund
▪ Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
▪ The refunded amount is credited back by using the original payment method.
▪ The refund process depending on the bank’s processing time, between from 5-14 business days.

4. Do note that the shipping charges and return charges are not refundable. The cost will be borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office.
5. We will process your request within 5 working days upon receiving the item and notification will be sent to you via WhatsApp. For further information, please WhatsApp us and our representative will be happy to assist you with the return process.
